Pole Dancing classes
Level 1 – Beginner
You have never taken a pole class before? Then this is the right class to start your pole journey. In this class we will guide you step by step and cover the fundamental pole techniques such as basic spins, walking around the pole and climbs. You will also learn some dynamic floor works and combos that will quickly build up your strength to go to L2.

Level 2 – Beginner+
For the students who are comfortable with basic spins and climbs, you are now ready to go upside down. In this class we will teach you how to invert, different leg hangs and of course some more challenging spins. You will also learn more advanced combos and floor work that will further enhance your strength and pole flow.
Level 3 – Intermediate
To reach this level you are probably already a pole addict. Well, be ready, we will take it to the next (addiction) level! You will learn some cool pole tricks such as handspring, drops and aerial inversions that will later play a fundamental role for the L4&L5 classes. For this class, certain strength and flexibility are required, you will also need to be able to invert and perform leg hangs at ease.
Level 4 – Intermediate+
L4 class is for the students who have a good level of strength and flexibility, you should already be comfortable with the power moves like elbow Aysha and handspring. We will work on different splits/shapes on the pole, re-grips, as well as some unique dynamic combos.
Level 5 – Advanced
In this class we go craaaazyyy on the pole! You will learn some bad-ass pole tricks and advanced combos that challenge your strength and flexibility at the same time. We will also pay extra attention to developing your individual style and help you to reach your personal pole goals.
Pole Choreography
In this class we will focus on the pole tricks with the combination of music and dance. Students will learn the pole moves in the beginning of the class and then learn a pole choreo to dance on in the end. This class is for beginners L1 and L2 level. For total beginners who have no pole experience, we suggest you to take a few regular beginner pole class to get familiar with the basic spins before attending this class.
Spinning Pole
In this spinning pole class, you will learn how to apply tricks that you learned on the static pole on the spinning pole. We will also cover some tricks that are especially suitable for the spinning pole and also focus on making the transitions smooth. For this class, the minimum level is L3 Intermediate.
Exotic Pole & Floorworks
Power Pole
Want to feel fit, sweaty and challenged? Well, then this is the right class for you. We will start this class with an intense cardio warm-up, and then we will move to strength training by using the pole. In this class we will pay extra attention on strengthening the muscles that are required in common pole moves such as arms and abs. We will also cover pole tricks that are mainly strength based such as shoulder mount and handstands.
